LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilico Emerging Markets Ltd said Friday five non-executive directors acquired shares worth a combined GBP45,364 in a series of transactions at 220 pence each in the utilities-focused investment firms shares.
Shares in Utilico were 2.2% lower at 214.25 pence on Friday.
John Rennocks acquired 4,975 shares, worth GBP10,945.
Garry Madeiros acquired 4,635 shares, worth GBP10,197.
Susan Hansen, Anthony Muh, Garth Milne all acquired 3,670 shares each, worth GBP8,074.
