LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilico Emerging Markets Trust PLC said Tuesday that five of its directors bought shares in the company.
Non-Executive Director John Rennocks bought 3,116 shares at 196 pence for GBP6,107, while Non-Executive Director Susan Hansen bought 4,195 shares at the same price for GBP8,222.
Other three Non-Executive Directors Garry Madeiros, Garth Milne and Anthony Muh acquired 5,198, 4,110 and 3,351 shares respectively at the same price for GBP10,188, GBP8,055 and GBP6,567.
None of the directors total holding following the deal was disclosed.
Utilico shares were trading down 0.8% at 194.49p.
