LONDON (Alliance News) - Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC said Manager Nick Train bought 10,000 shares in the company at 567.7 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following the purchase, Train has 732,662 shares, or less than a 1.0% stake in the trust.
The company also said the wife of Neil Collins, a director, bought 4,000 shares at 569.1p each. He now is interested in a total of 56,908 shares.
The trust's shares closed down 2.3% at 567.00 pence Tuesday.
