FDM Group Holdings PLC - London-based IT consultant and recruiter - Four top executives sell 2.6 million shares in total at GBP11.83, worth GBP30.4 million, on Tuesday. Chief Executive Officer Roderick Flavell sells 983,466 shares and Chief Operating Officer Sheila Flavell sells 982,948. They now each have 7.3 million shares, each 6.7% stakes. Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Brown sells 539,000 shares and now has 4.0 million, a 3.7% stake. Chief Financial Officer Michael McLaren and Paula McLaren sell 63,079 shares and now have 469,813 shares in total.

Whitbread PLC - Dunstable, Bedfordshire-based hospitality provider - Simon Ewins, managing director of Premier Inn UK, exercises options over 15,475 shares and sells all of them at GBP33.30, worth GBP515,318, on Thursday. Mark Anderson, MD of Property & International, and Sarah Anderson together sell 3,000 shares at GBP33.26, worth GBP99,780, on Wednesday.
