LONDON (Alliance News) - F W Thorpe PLC Thursday said non-executive director Peter Mason was given 6,410 shares by his wife at no cost on October 14.
The company also said Mason completed the sale and repurchase of 9,000 shares at a sale price of 126.0 pence per share and repurchase price of 126.5 pence, in order to move shares into his individual savings account.
Following the transactions, Mason holds 1.6 million shares representing 1.4% of the lighting equipment company.
F W Thorpe shares were up 2.7% to 131.425 pence Thursday.
