LONDON (Alliance News) - Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust PLC said Tuesday two directors and a manager of the company have bought shares as part of monthly investments.
Non-Executive Independent Director Roger Bone bought 269 shares, taking his total holding to 45,575 shares, or 0.007% of the company.
The spouse of Non-Executive Independent Director Jeffrey Hewitt bought 135 shares, taking her holding to 15,176 shares, or 0.002% of the company.
Meanwhile the company's Fund Manager Jeremy Tigue bought 539 shares. That takes his holding to 473,188 shares, or 0.08% of the total.
All shares were purchased for 369.00 pence.
Shares in Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust were up 2.60p to 368.60 pence Tuesday afternoon.
