DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Experian COO Sells USD1.3 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Experian PLC Monday said Chief Operating Officer Kerry Williams sold 55,857 shares at a price of USD22.5655 each last Wednesday, in a deal worth about USD1.3 million.

Williams's total shareholding was not disclosed.

Shares in the credit checking agency closed down 1.8% at 1,512.50 pence Monday.
