DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Evraz CFO Nikolay Ivanov Sells 40,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Russian steelmaker Evraz PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Nikolay Ivanov sold shares worth GBP177,528 in a transaction on Monday.

Ivanov sold 40,000 shares in the FTSE 100-listed firm at a price of GBP4.44 per share. Evraz shares were at 448.40 pence each on Tuesday, unchanged on the day.

It gave no details as to his holding prior to, or after, the transaction.
