LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas production company Europa Oil & Gas Holdings PLC said Non-Executive Director Roderick Corrie bought shares in the company on Tuesday.
Corrie bought 146,208 shares at 3.48 pence per share. Europa Oil didn't provide Corrie's total holding in the company following the purchase.
Shares in Europa Oil were flat at 3.50p on Tuesday.
