LONDON (Alliance News) - Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) PLC said Chief Executive Officer Hugh Mackay bought 250,327 shares at a price of 3.99 pence each Friday.
Following this purchase, Mackay is interested in 3,.1 million shares, representing 1.26% per cent of the issued share capital.
The stock was up 2.9% at 3.99p Friday.
