DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Euromoney Managing Director Fordham Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC said on Monday its Managing Director Christopher Fordham sold shares in a transaction last Friday.

Fordham disposed of 46,135 shares at a price of 1,300.00 pence per share, worth GBP599,755.

Euromoney shares closed down 1.1% at 1,240.00p each on Monday.

The company did not provide Fordham's holding before or after the transaction.
