LONDON (Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC on Friday said Executive Director Jane Wilkinson sold 51,508 shares in the company on Thursday for 1,042.4 pence per share, making the transaction worth GBP536,919.
The publishing and events company said Wilkinson had sold the shares to finance the acquisition of a property. Following the transaction, she will hold 37,922 shares in the company.
Wilkinson was appointed to the company's board in 2007 and is the managing director of Euromoney Learning Solutions.
Euromoney shares were down 1.5% to 1,042.00 pence on Friday.
