LONDON (Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC on Wednesday said that Diane Alfano, a board member and divisional director, sold 6,962 shares in the company at 931.00 pence each one day ago.
Alfano now has a 0.05% stake in Euromoney, equivalent to 68,006 shares, following the transaction, which took place on Tuesday.
The share sale was Alfano's second in as many weeks.
Alfano sold 3,038 shares in the company at 957.76 pence each on Thursday last week.
That was the same day Euromoney revealed a new board structure, with recently appointed Executive Chairman Andrew Rashbass to become the company's chief executive officer. That news came as the company reported a fall in adjusted pretax profit in its last financial year.
The company had previously said that Alfano would not be seeking re-election as an executive director at the company's annual meeting of shareholders in January 2016.
Shares in Euromoney closed down 0.9% at 926.00p on Wednesday.
