LONDON (Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC on Monday said that Diane Alfano, a board member and divisional director, sold 3,038 shares in the company at 957.76 pence each.
The sale, which occurred on Thursday last week, leaves Alfano with a 0.06% stake in Euromoney, equivalent to 74,968 shares.
Last Thursday Euromoney revealed a new board structure, with recently appointed Executive Chairman Andrew Rashbass to become the company's chief executive officer. That news came as the company reported a fall in adjusted pretax profit in its last financial year.
The company had previously said that Alfano would not be seeking re-election as an executive director at the company's annual meeting of shareholders in January 2016.
Shares in Euromoney closed down 2.1% at 930.00p on Monday.
