LONDON (Alliance News) - Plastic & fibre products supplier Essentra said Chief Executive Paul Forman purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 472.4 pence each on Monday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Forman has in the company following the GBP94,480 deal.
Shares in Essentra were trading down 5.3% at 480.40p on Monday.
