LONDON (Alliance News) - EPE Special Opportunities PLC said that Chairman Geoffrey Vero purchased 18,182 shares at 110 pence each on Tuesday.
It was initially announced that the transaction had taken place in April, but owing to an administrative oversight between Vero's stockbroker and pension provider, the purchase was never settled.
Vero now holds 78,802 shares, representing 0.3% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in EPE were untraded on Wednesday, last trading at 110.00 pence.
