LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy Technique PLC Wednesday said Managing Director Leigh Stimpson bought 3,143 shares at a price of 315 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Stimpson holds 172,654 shares.
The company also said Operations Director Martin Reid bought 1,606 shares at 310 pence each and now holds 121,606 shares.
The stock was up 5.1% at 310.00 pence Wednesday.
