Energean PLC - London-based energy production, development and exploration company and possesses a portfolio of assets across the Mediterranean and UK North Sea - Directors buy shares after Energean confirms on Friday last week the deal to sell its assets in Egypt, Italy and Croatia to private equity firm Carlyle has collapsed due to delays in regulatory approvals. The show of confidence after the bad news is led by Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, who buys 200,000 shares via OilCo Investments Ltd at an average of GBP8.49, worth GBP1.7 million, on Friday and Monday. Also jumping in is Chief Executive Officer Mathios Rigas, who buys 80,989 shares via Growthy Holdings Co Ltd at GBP8.56, worth GBP693,590, on the same two days. Chief Financial Officer Panos Benos buys 34,000 shares via Adobelero Holdings Co Ltd at GBP8,80, worth GBP299,200, on Friday, and Non-Executive Director Andreas Persianis buys 10,000 shares at GBP8.51, worth GBP85,100, on Monday.

Trustpilot Non-Executive Director Mohammed Anjarwala is connected to the fund. CEO Adrian Blair buys 40,751 shares at GBP2.44, worth GBP99,342, on Wednesday.

Social Housing REIT PLC - invests in newly developed social housing in UK - Steven Windsor, a director of the investment manager, buys 235,132 shares at GBP0.58, worth GBP137,505, on Monday and 615,982 shares at GBP0.60, worth GBP368,234, on Tuesday. Both purchases are via Tilford Holdings Ltd. Windsor now is interested in 851,114 shares, a 0.2% stake.

Real Estate Investors PLC - real estate investment trust focused on UK Midlands - CEO Paul Bassi buys 500,000 shares at 29.0p, worth GBP145,000, and Finance Director Marcus Daly buys 200,000 shares at 28.5p, worth GBP57,000, both on Tuesday. Bassi now has 17.5 million shares, a 10% stake, and Daly has 4.5 million.

Jadestone Energy PLC - production and development in Asia-Pacific - Executive Chair Adel Chaouch buys 309,000 shares at 24.75p, worth GBP76,478, on Monday. They are his only shares, having become non-executive chair in March last year and executive chair in December. Jadestone late last month said production averaged 18,696 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2024, up from 13,813 in 2023. It expects to produce 19,000 to 22,500 boepd in 2025.

First Tin PLC - tin mine developer with projects in Germany and Australia - Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd buys 1.5 million shares at 5.5p, worth GBP82,500, on Friday last week. Arlington now has 46.7 million shares, a 10.3% stake. First Tin Chair Charles Cannon Brookes owns 50% of Arlington.

Team PLC - Jersey-based wealth and asset management and related financial services - Outgoing CFO Matthew Moore sells 599,744 shares at 11.10p, worth GBP66,572, on Friday last week. On Thursday, Team had said Moore will leave the board and company on April 30 "to embark on new endeavours". He retains 600,000 shares, a 1.0% stake.
