(Alliance News) - Energean Oil & Gas PLC said on Thursday Russell Poynter, the group's general counsel and company secretary, sold shares in the company via two separate transactions.
Poynter sold 6,119 shares in total, worth GBP59,790, on Wednesday.
Shares in the company were down 0.6% at 969.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
It is not know if Poynter owns any shares in the Mediterranean focused oil and gas developer following the transaction.
