Emmerson PLC - Morocco-focused potash development - Chief executive officer and two other directors buy 876,509 shares at 4.89 pence to 4.94p, worth about GBP43,000. CEO Graham Clarke buys 500,000 shares on Friday last week. They are his only holding in the company. Directors Edward McDermott and Hayden Locke buy 125,000 and 251,509 shares, respectively, on Monday and now have 475,000 and 1.7 million shares, respectively.
