DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Elementis Executive Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed specialty chemicals company Elementis said Dennis Valentino, head of its Chromium division, disposed of shares on Friday.

The company operates through two segments, specialty products and chromium.

Valentino sold 37,466 shares at a price USD4.3514 each, worth USD163,030 in total.

Shares closed down 0.9% at 310.17p each on Friday.
