(Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd on Monday said Cheetah Holdings Ltd purchased 250,000 shares in the company during two transactions last week.
Cheetah Holdings is a charitable foundation co-founded by Emanuel Friedman, the co-chief investment officer of EJF Investments Manager LLC, the company's investment manager.
In a transaction on Monday last week, Cheetah Holdings bought 57,874 shares at a price of GBP1.716 per share, worth GBP99,311.
Also, in a transaction on Tuesday last week, Cheetah Holdings purchased 192,126 shares at a price of GBP1.716, worth GBP329,686.
Following these transactions, Cheetah Holdings is now interested in 11.5 million shares, representing approximately 18% stake in the company.
EJF shares closed untraded in London on Monday, last quoted at 170.00 pence each.
