(Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd on Tuesday said Cheetah Holdings Ltd purchased shares in the company in a transaction on Friday last week.
Cheetah Holdings is a charitable foundation co-founded by Emanuel Friedman, the co-chief investment officer of EJF Investments Manager LLC, the company's investment manager.
Cheetah Holdings bought 185,000 shares at a price of 188.73 pence each, worth GBP349,151.
Following the transaction, Cheetah Holdings is interested in 11.3 million shares, representing an 18% stake.
EJF Investments shares closed untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at 177.00p each.
