DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Edward Bramson Increases Interest In Electra

LONDON (Alliance News) - Electra Private Equity PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Edward Bramson bought shares.

Bramson bought 300 shares at 3,711.5 pence per share and 388 shares at 3,695.9p per share last Friday and Thursday. His total shareholding was undisclosed.

Bramson won a place on the trust's board in November last year on his second attempt to win the backing of other shareholders.

Then in May, Bramson was named as unpaid interim chief executive officer of Electra.

Shares in the private-equity investor were up 1.1% at 3,765.60p Tuesday.
