LONDON (Alliance News) - Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director William Ducus bought 7,000 shares last Friday.
Ducas bought 4,500 shares at 438 pence each and 2,500 shares at 438.25p each.
Following this transaction, Ducas now holds 28,000 shares, which represents 0.06% stake in the trust.
The stock was down 0.7% at 424.00p Thursday.
