LONDON (Alliance News) - Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure Trust PLC said that Non-Executive Director David Simpson purchased 21,739 shares at 116 pence per share on Wednesday.

The director's total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed.

Shares in the trust closed untraded at 115 pence Wednesday.
