DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ecofin Global Utilities Director And PCA Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure Trust PLC said Monday Director Martin Negre and a person closely associated with him acquired shares worth a combined GBP118,253 in two transactions on Friday.

Martin Negre - a director since 2016 - bought 77,611 shares at 115 pence each, worth GBP89,253. After the transaction, Martin Negre held 1.2 million shares or a 1.3% stake in the firm.

In addition, Linda Negre acquired 25,000 shares at 116 pence each, worth GBP29,000 the same day. The transaction represented the total holding of Linda Negre.

Shares in Ecofin Global were 0.6% lower at 116.075 pence on Monday.
