LONDON (Alliance News) - Easyjet PLC Friday said that Independent Non-Executive Director François Rubichon bought 3,465 shares in the budget airline carrier at 1,756 pence per share one week ago.
Following last Friday's transaction, Rubichon owns a 0.00087% stake in the company. The shares are the first to be bought by Rubichon since he was appointed to the board in July 2014.
Easyjet shares closed down 2.4% at 1,680.00 pence on Friday.
