LONDON (Alliance News) - Easyjet PLC Friday said Europe Director Mike Campbell exercised options over 79,182 shares and sold 37,309 shares at a price of GBP16.4074 per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Campbell holds 127,836 shares, which represents 0.032% stake in the firm.
The airline company also said Commercial Director Cath Lynn exercised options over 106,922 shares and sold 50,380 shares at GBP16.2216 each Tuesday. She now holds 93,708 shares in total.
Easyjet shares were trading up 1.4% at 1,727.00 pence Friday.
