LONDON (Alliance News) - easyJet PLC Tuesday said Communications Director Paul Moore exercised options over 20,000 shares under a long-term incentive plan and sold 19,125 shares at a price of GBP15.76 per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Moore now holds 9,265 shares.
Shares in the low cost airline were up 0.1% at 1,589.00 pence Tuesday.
