LONDON (Alliance News) - easyJet PLC said its Chair John Barton, Chief Executive Officer Johan Lundgren, and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Findlay all purchased shares in the company on Thursday.
Barton bought 11,000 shares at a price of GBP9.024 per share, for a total of GBP99,264.
Lundgren acquired 20,000 shares for GBP9.066 each, at a total price of GBP181,320.
Findlay meanwhile purchased 4,500 shares for GBP9.050 per share, for a total of GBP40,725.
It has not been disclosed how may shares either executive now holds following these transactions.
Shares in the FTSE 100 airline closed marginally lower at 927.00 pence on Thursday.
