LONDON (Alliance News) - E2V Technologies PLC Monday said that non-executive chairman Neil Johnson and independent non-executive director Krishnamurthy Rajagopal both recently acquired shares in the company.
Non-executive chairman Neil Johnson acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 157.00 pence per share on Monday, and now holds a total of 170,000 shares in the company, representing a 0.08% shareholding.
Krishnamurthy Rajagopal, an independent non-executive director in the company, acquired 30,000 shares at a price of 157.97 pence per share last Friday, and now holds a total of 50,000 shares.
Shares in E2V Technologies closed Monday up 2.2% at 159.50 pence per share.
