LONDON (Alliance News) - Drug discovery company e-Therapeutics PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Jones subscribed for 41,204 new shares at 11.327 pence each on Wednesday.
Following the transaction, Jones holds 70,580 ordinary shares.
Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected on October 12.
The stock was untraded at 9.01p Thursday.
