(Alliance News) - AIM-listed DX Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Russell Black acquired shares in the mail, courier and logistics company.
In a transaction on Thursday, Black purchased 266,000 shares at a price of 7.47 pence each, totalling GBP19,857.
Shares in DX Group closed 9.4% higher in London on Friday at 8.70p each.
Following Thursday's transaction, Black has a total holding of 2.4 million shares, representing 0.4% stake.
