LONDON (Alliance News) - Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, said Tuesday, company directors Liz Airey and Duncan Budge acquired shares.
Airey purchased 2500 shares at 475 pence each, increasing her total holding to 47500 shares equating to 0.2% of the company. Budge purchased 100 shares at 475 pence each, increasing his total holding to 1900 shares.
Dunedin specialises in the provision of private equity finance for management buyouts, management buy-ins and growing businesses.
Shares in Dunedin were up 12.46% at 475.00 pence Tuesday morning.
