LONDON (Alliance News) - Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development PLC said Wednesday that Dragon Capital - which together with Dragon-Ukrainian's investment manager Dragon Capital Partners Limited is a part of the Dragon Capital Group - acquired 135,508 shares at a price of 33 pence per share Tuesday.
Following the purchase, Dragon Capital Group now holds 18.9 million shares representing 17.31% of the total shares of Dragon-Ukranian.
Tomas Fiala, a director, is the principal shareholder and managing director of Dragon Capital, and is also a director of Dragon Capital Partners Limited.
Dragon-Ukrainian invests in property developments in the Ukraine. Its shares were quoted at 35.00p apiece, up 0.50p, early Wednesday.
