LONDON (Alliance News) - Domino's Pizza Group PLC Wednesday said Michael Botha, director of Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, the group's main operating subsidiary, sold 10,520 shares on Monday at an average price of 548 pence per share.
Botha no longer holds any shares in the company.
Shares in the pizza chain were up 0.6% at 534.00 pence per share Wednesday afternoon.
