(Alliance News) - Diversified Oil & Gas PLC said on Tuesday that Brad Gray, its operating chief and finance director, purchased 15,000 shares in the company.
Gray purchased the shares at 98.00 pence each, GBP14,700 altogether, in a transaction on Tuesday.
It was not disclosed how many shares Gray had in the company, if any, prior to the transaction.
Shares in Diversified Oil closed 4.9% down at 98.00p each in London on Tuesday.
