LONDON (Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director David Johnson acquired 20,000 shares in the company.
On Thursday, Johnson purchased the shares at 128.9 pence each for a total of GBP25,780. Following the acquisition, Johnson is interested in 230,000 shares in the oil & gad firm, or 0.03% of the company's capital.
Diversified Gas & Oil shares were trading up 2.3% at 132.00 pence each.
