(Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director David Turner bought around GBP76,500 in shares in a deal on Friday last week.
Turner purchased 70,000 shares at an average price of GBP1.093 per share, which now makes up his entire holding in the company.
Shares in the gas & oil firm were up 1.7% at 108.83 pence on Monday.
