LONDON (Alliance News) - Technical products and services company Diploma PLC said Chairman John Nicholas purchased 3,000 shares at 666 pence per share on Thursday.
Nicholas now owns 5,000 shares.
Diploma on Wednesday said its revenue growth has been held back by the slowdown in the oil and gas industry and sluggish European industrial markets and said its underlying operating margin for its full year will take a hit.
The stock was trading up 2.6% at 677.00p Thursday.
