DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Dignity Non-Exec Jane Ashcroft Buys 1,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Funeral services firm Dignity PLC said on Monday Non-Executive Director Jane Ashcroft acquired 1,000 shares in Dignity at 933.8 pence per share, for a total cost of GBP9,338.

The company did not disclose the total number of shares held by Ashcroft after the transaction on Thursday.

Dignity share were down 1.7% at 984.00 pence per share on Monday.
