DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Digital Globe Services Executives Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital Globe Services Ltd Monday said Chief Executive Jeff Cox bought 113,345 shares at an average price of 58.97 pence each on Friday, while Chief Operating Officer Fred Lutz and General Counsel William Placke bought 68,006 shares between them at the same price average.

Cox now holds nearly 3.9 million shares, or a 12.94% stake in the business.

Digital Globe Services shares were down 8.1% at 45.50 pence Monday morning. Its shares had fallen sharply on Friday after it said it swung to a first-half net loss due to delays in completion of client mergers and its investment programme.
