LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital Globe Services Ltd Friday said Amit Basak, a non-executive director, exercised options over 41,448 shares on Wednesday.
The company, which provides customer-acquisition services, said Basak intends to give 20,724 of the shares to The Nashoba Learning Group, which has a mission of helping more seriously impaired individuals with autism and their families.
Basak won't be able to sell any of the shares until after February 2014.
Digital Globe Services shares were Friday quoted at 262.10 pence, down 2.9%.
