DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Dialight Non-Executive Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Dialight PLC said that Non-Executive Director Stephen Bird purchased 3,728 ordinary shares at GBP5.25 per shares on Wednesday.

Following the purchase, Bird owns 1,728 shares, or 0.13% stake.

Shares in the lighting products manufacturer closed at 518.00 pence, down 2.3%.
