LONDON (Alliance News) - Dialight PLC said Thursday that Finance Director Mark Fryer sold 21,284 shares at a price of 1,150 pence per share Wednesday.
Dialight said the shares were sold in order to meet Fryer's tax and national insurance liabilities related to an incentive scheme share award on September 2. The awarded shares vested at a price of 1,370p.
Following the sale, Fryer holds a total of 16,538 shares in the light-emitting-diode technology company, representing 0.051% of the total.
Dialight shares were quoted at 1,179.00p Thursday morning, up 19.00p or 1.6%.
