LONDON (Alliance News) - Diageo PLC said that Leanne Wood, a director at the drinks company, on Friday sold 1,455 shares at GBP17.75 each.
Following the transaction, Wood holds 4,556 shares in the FTSE 100 company.
Shares in Diageo were trading down 0.7% at 1,764.00 pence Monday morning.
