LONDON (Alliance News) - Derwent London PLC Tuesday said Chairman Robert Rayne sold 200,000 shares at a price of GBP34.518 per share Friday.
The company also said The Trustees of the Lord Rayne Will Trust sold 200,000 shares at the same price on Friday.
The combined value of the deal is GBP13.8 million gross.
Following this transaction, Rayne holds a beneficial interest in 3.3 million shares, which represents a 2.958% stake in the real estate investment trust.
The stock was trading down 1.0% at 3,434.00 pence Tuesday.
