Derwent London PLC - property investment and development - Independent Non-Executive Director Mark Breuer buys 4,000 shares at GBP33.12, worth GBP132,468, on Thursday. Breuer, joined the board on February 1 and will replace John Burns as chair come Derwent's annual general meeting, tentatively scheduled for May 14.

Abcam PLC - Cambridge, England-based supplier of life science research tools - Chief Executive Officer Alan Hirzel buys 2,500 shares at GBP14.86, worth GBP37,143, on Tuesday. Chief Financial Officer Michael Baldock buys 5,000 American Depositary Receipts at USD20.66, worth USD103,300, also on Tuesday.

Sage Group PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne-based accounting software - Chief Operating Officer Lee Perkins buys 15,000 shares at 588.76 pence, worth GBP88,314, on Thursday. Perkins now has 49,244 shares.

Spirent Communications PLC - Crawley, England-based provider of testing, analytics and security for telecommunications networks - Elaine Sullivan, associate of Non-Executive Director Gary Bullard, buys 10,000 shares at GBP2.56, worth GBP25,592, on Thursday. Gary Bullard now is interested in 62,044 shares. Spirent on Thursday published its 2020 results, reporting pretax profit of USD95.8 million, up 6.9% from USD89.6 million in 2019.
