LONDON (Alliance News) - The DDD Group PLC announced Wednesday that non-executive Chairman Nicholas Brigstocke purchased 200,000 shares in the 3D software company on Tuesday at an average price of 6 pence per share.
Brigstocke's purchase Tuesday followed his acquisition of 200,000 shares earlier in the month.
He now holds 2.0 million shares, equating to 1.4% of issued share capital.
Shares in DDD Group stand at 6.05p per share, up 0.05p.
